Letter Dated and Sent 5-12-25

Just got off the phone with Matt, a staff member of Senator Bob Hall. Here’s the letter sent to the representative in Bob Hall’s office who handles these type things:

Regrettably, I’ve been attacked and destroyed by Kaufman County for 24 years now.

In summation: In 1988 the United States Marine Corps honorably discharged me after over 6 years of service to my country. I’ve been doing ministry for Jesus since 1987 and worked with the NASA space program in Huntsville, Alabama, ending as a Data Control Engineer (DCE) with a top secret clearance. I am not a criminal or evil doer or a threat to anyone, and never have been. The whole child support tyranny suffered has been at the hands of the family law courts in Kaufman County, Texas whose SOP (Standard Operating Procedure in their pre-planned hearings is to take the child from the money earning parent so they can charge that parent “child support” of which they get a percentage, having illegally signed a 1099 with the SSA agree to be paid to collect “child support.”

The criminals running Kaufman County Texas hate me because I’ve exposed them per my First Amendment right. Linked on my site, KaufmanCountyCorruption.com, is how Mr./Senator Bob Hall had to step in to help the Pardo family get their 4 year old boy back who was for no reason taken from his parents. Kaufman County did the same thing to me although I had no one to help and lost my son at a young age. The damage is irreparable. He’s now 28 and will have nothing to do with me because of what Kaufman County did.

Kaufman County has sought to destroy my life for well over 20 years. In these divorce cases, the family law judges are financially incentivized to believe the lies of the mother due to using those lies to justify taking the child from the father so they can tax enslave the father for “child support” and be paid a percentage of every dollar they collect in “child support.” Yes, the judges are paid a % of each “child support” dollar they collect. RICO.

My federal lawsuit filed in 2020 completely exposes this criminal RICO scheme. That’s why it was dismissed and yet no one can disprove what was stated, the fact, in my Federal lawsuit filed in 2020.

I am unable to get a passport due to having unpaid “child support” which I do not owe. Any working calculator proves I owe nothing. According to the state of Texas’ own law, 20% is to be paid. The Kaufman judges refused to recalculate due to not wanting to lose person funds by actually balancing my books on the child support. I paid over 20% and yet they say I still owe $80k which keeps growing via penalties by the month. Again, they refused to recalculate. Unreal.

Kaufman County jailed me unlawfully for a total of 16.5 months WHILE I was paying child support for not paying enough child support. Please note that even if I were paying no child support it is illegal, unconstitutional jail any man for a debt.

‘No person shall ever be imprisoned for debt.’

I had a hearing scheduled with judge Casey Blair in 2016 where they were going to again, for the third time, jail me for at least 6 more months WHILE I was paying child support but couldn’t possibly pay the amount they had me paying. So I sent my attorney and a signed power of attorney letter with my attorney. So in 2017 judge Michael Chitty (now retired) put a warrant out for my arrest (FTA). And this is all based on a fraud because you cannot criminal or jail ANY man for a debt. Texas State Constitution Article 1, Section 18.

The case was then passed to judge Michael Chitty who put out a Failure to Appear arrest warrant on me in 2017. Well, Senator Hall has some unsavory experience with Michael Chitty. Of “judge” Michael Chitty’s kidnapping and child trafficking of the Pardo baby, Senator Bob Hall said this “was the most egregious display of injustice”. And they had “zero evidence”.

This was all a set-up. After the first 9 months in jail, the day before I was released, my appointed attorney brought me a contract he said I MUST sign to be released the next day. The contract was that I would agree to pay $1,300 child support per month upon being released. They did this knowing I could not pay nearly that amount and so that when I didn’t pay it, they could jail me again. Their plan was to jail me 6 out of every 12 months for the rest of my natural life.

My prayer to God, in the name of Jesus Christ, and request of you is to help me get my life back please. I will be 63 this month and would like to live in peace.
